Choosing a hosting plan (web hosting, email plan, Nextcloud, AI Builder)

A hosting plan is the space where your website and email run. You choose the plan on the product page and then put it together in the order popup. A web hosting plan always comes with a domain name. You choose that in the same popup.

Choosing a plan

1. Go to Web hosting in the menu and click Web hosting. Under View the packages you'll see all the plans side by side.
2. Compare the plans. Click View all features to see all the differences. Not sure which one to pick? Click Use the selection tool.
3. Click Order now (1) on the plan you want.

Step 1: choose your domain name

A popup opens. In step 1, you choose which domain name your website and email will use. You have four options:

1. Domain from cart (1): you've already added a domain to your cart. Click it to link it to the plan. You'll only see this option if there's a standalone domain in your cart.
2. Register a new domain (2): type the domain name with extension and click Search. If it's available, click Add.
3. Transfer a domain (3): you already have a domain with another provider and are bringing it to WebOké. See Transferring a domain to WebOké (transfer code or transfer later).
4. I already have a domain (4): you're keeping your domain with your current provider, or it's already with us. Type the domain name and click Use this domain.

At the bottom of the popup, you'll see what you're paying now and what the plan costs afterwards. Click Continue. This button only works once you've chosen a domain.

Step 2: putting your plan together

1. The chosen domain appears at the top. Click Change (1) to choose a different domain.
2. Under Term (2), choose how often you pay, for example Per year. The terms available depend on the plan.
3. Already have a website with another provider? Then tick Yes, move my website to WebOké (3). We'll then move your website for you, free of charge.
4. Under Configuration you'll find extra options, if the plan has any. These are optional, and you can always change them later.
5. Click Continue ordering (4). Your plan and domain are now in your cart. See The cart: changing, removing and discount codes.

Tip: click Back to go back to step 1. If you close the popup with the cross, nothing is added to your cart.

An email plan

Just want email on your own domain, without a website? Then choose Products in the menu, select Email plans and click Order now on the plan you want. You then choose your domain name and put the plan together, just like with web hosting.

Nextcloud

With Nextcloud, you don't choose a domain, but a name for your cloud. On the Nextcloud page, click Order now on the plan you want.

1. Choose the Term (1).
2. Under What would you like to name your cloud?, type a short name (2), for example your company name. This will be followed by .webokecloud.nl. This is where you'll log in and where your files will be stored. You can change the name later.
3. Would you rather have an address on your own domain, such as cloud.yourcompany.nl? Then tick I want to use my own domain (3). There's a small extra cost for this.
4. Under Your login name, choose the name you'll use to log in yourself (4). You'll set your password after paying.
5. Below that, under Configuration, you can optionally choose more Storage space and the number of licences for Nextcloud Office. You can also change these later.
6. Click Continue ordering.

AI Builder

You don't order the AI Builder through the cart. You start for free: click AI Builder in the menu, or choose Build a site with AI on the homepage, describe your business in a few sentences and click Build my site for free.
