What is Euro-Office?

Euro-Office is a full-featured, open source office suite for documents, spreadsheets, presentations and PDFs. You use it in your browser, directly from your WebOké Nextcloud. More in What is Euro-Office?.

Do I need Microsoft 365 or Google?

No. Euro-Office works entirely independently in your browser. All you need is your WebOké Nextcloud, with an Office Suite licence.

Where are my files stored?

In your own Nextcloud, on WebOké's servers in the Netherlands. Euro-Office also runs with us, so your documents never go to an American cloud.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Euro-Office works in your browser. If you'd still rather work with a program on your computer, that's possible too. See Euro-Office as a program on your computer: what is it and when do you use it?.

Which browser can I use?

Any modern browser, such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari. Preferably use the latest version. See Which browsers and file formats work with Euro-Office?.

What's different from the old Nextcloud Office?

Your files, the New menu and sharing stay the same. Word, Excel and PowerPoint files look better, the toolbar resembles Microsoft Office more closely, and you can do more with PDFs. See Euro-Office or the old Nextcloud Office: what changes for you?.

When do I switch to Euro-Office?

Your Nextcloud administrator starts the switch themselves in My WebOké, under My Products. The update usually takes 5 to 15 minutes. If they don't take action, we'll arrange it ourselves by 1 December 2026 at the latest. See Switching to Euro-Office.

What does Euro-Office cost?

Euro-Office is included in the Office Suite licence of your Nextcloud package. You choose for yourself how many users you get a licence for. You'll find the prices with the Nextcloud packages. See Ordering and assigning Office licences to users.

Does Euro-Office also work on my phone or tablet?

Yes. With the Nextcloud app, you can open your documents on your phone or tablet in a view suited to a small screen. See Euro-Office in the Nextcloud app on your phone or tablet.

Can I work without internet?
