Installatron issues: website missing, update failed, or Installatron keeps loading

Don't see a website in Installatron, did an update fail, or does Installatron keep loading? Below you'll find what to do for each situation. You can also arrange a lot of this in the Website Manager in My WebOké. It works with the same Installatron in the background.

My website isn't listed

Installatron and the Website Manager only show websites that were installed with Installatron or imported into it. Did you upload WordPress yourself, or does the site come from another provider? Then it won't be listed.

1. Open the Website Manager and click Refresh. A website you just installed in DirectAdmin will also appear then.
2. Still not listed? Click Import website and choose The website is already on my hosting package. Nothing changes about the site itself.

An (automatic) update has failed

If you update via the Website Manager, we automatically make a backup first. If the update fails, we restore it right away. In Installatron, Automatic Update Rollback does the same thing for automatic updates. So leave that setting on.

Does your site still not work properly after an update?

1. In Installatron, check your installation under Edit › Status to see when the last update and backup were, and whether something went wrong.
2. Restore a backup. In Installatron, go to My backups, click ≡, and choose restore this backup. Note: Installatron only keeps the backup from an automatic update for one day. If it's gone, restore a backup with WebOké Backups instead: a backup of your entire package is stored there every day.
3. Check whether your PHP version still matches your plugins and theme. Read Errors after a PHP upgrade and finding the error log.

An installation keeps hanging

A new installation in the Website Manager is usually done within a minute. If it keeps hanging longer than that, refresh the page and click Refresh. If the website still isn't listed correctly, contact support.

Installatron keeps loading and doesn't show your websites

Does Installatron keep loading without showing your websites and backups? Then the information for one of your installations no longer matches what's on your package. Try it in the Website Manager first. If that doesn't work either, contact support. We'll then find out which installation is causing the problem.
